"Sable"

Sable came to us in August of 2009 from Shekinah Alaskan Malamutes in Texas. Despite a bit of a rocky start at her first two shows, she and I figured the whole "show thing" out and she became a breeze to handle in the ring.

Completely owner handled, she placed 2nd in the open class in Gettysburg at the 2009 AMCA Regional under judge Wendy Willhauck and 3rd at the AMCA National under judge Al Holobach..
 
Shortly after, she finished her AKC Championship with back to back 4 point majors at the Winston-Salem, NC supported shows, special thanks to judges Judy Harrington and the late Lester Mapes.

Sable is a Grand Champion and completed her show career by being awarded Select Bitch at the AKC/Eukanuba National Championship in 2014. She will be shown sparingly as a veteran going forward.

She is the foundation of our kennel and is the sweetest dog in the world. Along with a spectacular pedigree, Sable brings to us strength, grace and beauty. 

We brought Sable out as a veteran for the 2016 AKC National Championship and she was awarded Select Bitch (her daughter was Best of Opposite) by breeder judge Wendy Willhauck. Very exciting day for DragonMyst!
